These Terms of Service govern your use of Oziro’s AI face swap and media generation services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Oziro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Description of Service
Oziro provides AI-powered face swap for images and video. Features marked as "coming soon" are not yet available and do not consume credits.
4. Credits & Billing
Services are priced in credits. 10 credits equal 1 USD. Image face swap costs 10 credits per image; video face swap costs 5 credits per second. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to create deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, content that impersonates real individuals without their consent, or content that violates applicable laws, including deepfake regulations, copyright, and privacy law. You are solely responsible for the content you create.
6. User Content & Licenses
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Oziro a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents for the faces and media you upload.
7. Intellectual Property
The Oziro platform, software, and branding are owned by Oziro and its licensors. Outputs generated by the service are licensed to you for lawful personal and commercial use, subject to these terms.
8. Third-Party Services
Payment, email, storage, and AI inference may be provided by third parties such as Stripe, Resend, and AI model providers. Their respective terms and policies also apply to your use of those services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oziro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
